PRESS RELEASE - 6th October 2007

Some of our historic artefacts

We are pleased to announce that we now formally rent a location for our historic artefacts, some of which can be seen in the accompanying picture. They were formerly stored on the land of a supporter to whom we extend our grateful thanks.

This is the ideal opportunity to re-iterate our aims:

  1. To provide a Heritage Steam railway and directly contribute to the Regeneration of Radstock.
  2. To provide a means of travelling to Frome, Westbury and thus the whole main-line network.
  3. To provide freight facilities out of Radstock, thus removing at least some of the heavy vehicles using the centre of the town.

G J Bailey
Secretary
